Last updated: 1 January 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Blue Entry Global ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") at blueentryglobal.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Blue Entry Global provides professional document translation and business plan preparation services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Our certified translations are prepared by qualified professional translators. While we strive for accuracy, the client is responsible for verifying that the translated document meets the specific requirements of the receiving institution.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Blue Entry Global. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the amount stated at the time of purchase. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service.

For translation services: the price is €10 per source page. If your document contains more pages than ordered, we will contact you for authorisation before proceeding.

5. Delivery

Standard delivery for certified translations is 48 hours from receipt of your document and confirmed payment. Business plan delivery is 5–7 business days. These are estimates and not guaranteed timelines. Rush orders are available on request.

Translations are delivered by email as PDF files. Physical copies may be requested at additional cost.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear, legible documents for translation. Poor quality or illegible source documents may result in delays or inability to complete the translation. You must ensure the documents you submit are your own or that you have the right to have them translated.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the translated document or business plan delivered to you. Blue Entry Global retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated data from projects for business improvement purposes. We will not share or publish your original documents or translations without your explicit consent.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client documents and business information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your documents or the content of your project to any third party, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the service (e.g., secure cloud storage providers).

9. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and refunds.

10. Limitation of Liability

Blue Entry Global's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to rejection of translated documents by third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through competent courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
